1) First of all drink more and more of water
2) Start your day with apple cider vinegar. Add 1 tsp of ACV in 1 glass of luke warm water and drink it in morning emoty stomach

3) Cut your all meals by half and replace them with fruits like apple, pineapple, grapes etc..
4) Include sprouts as snacks

5) Avoid oily foods completely
6) If you wanna eat something badly, you can try roasted papad

7) DO little exercise for 15 minutes daily like pranayam
8) Do spot walking whenever you are standing in kitchen or watching television
